These terms govern any enquiry, quote or booking made with City Vienna Residence, operated by Mepro GmbH. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a stay, you agree to the terms below.
Enquiries & quotes
Submitting the enquiry form is not a booking. We will reply personally, usually the same day, with availability and a quote for your dates and chosen apartment. No payment is taken at enquiry stage.
Confirming a stay
A booking is confirmed once we have issued a written quote and received your agreement and any deposit requested. Confirmed bookings will be followed by a short written confirmation covering dates, apartment, rate and any deposit paid.
Rates & payment
Nightly and monthly rates are quoted per apartment and party size, and may vary by season and length of stay. All rates are shown in euros. Payment terms are confirmed with your individual quote.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the length and season of your stay and will be stated clearly in your written quote before you confirm. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
During your stay
Guests are expected to treat each apartment with the same care as their own home. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged at cost. Maximum occupancy per apartment is set at the time of booking and may not be exceeded without our agreement.
Use of this website
Content, photography and text on this website are the property of Mepro GmbH and may not be reproduced without permission. Availability shown on the Calendar page is indicative and kept in step with our Google Calendar; it is confirmed only once we reply to your enquiry.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
